ZD series high-speed backplane connectors

ZD connectors are specially built for high-speed differential signal transmission of communication equipment and support data transmission rates of up to 5 gigabits per second. This durable, high-performance modular connector system can be used with the 2mm hard metric connector series (standard IEC 61076-4-101). The two have the same chassis structure and circuit board design characteristics, and universal interconnection with wiring benchmarks. The connector meets various electrical performance indicators for high-speed and low-voltage differential signal transmission. The ERmet ZD series offers crimping options. The backplane module is a male pin socket and has three levels of docking; the grounding shield pins and the signal pins are docked in order, with a docking spacing of 1.5 mm. The excellent mechanical strength and excellent signal integrity of the product are due to the internal differential shielding structure and the L-shaped male terminal shielding shrapnel. The rigid native male shield is taller than the signal pins and can wrap each set of differential signal pins. Combined with the optimized guiding structure, the overall mechanical reliability is further enhanced. The grid layout has been optimized, and the radio frequency performance has been greatly improved; the signal pins and ground pins are arranged in a straight line, making the line routing convenient, which can effectively save wiring costs.
